Are group rates available?
Yes. Book three or four passes to receive an automatic 10% group rate. Five or more passes receive 15% off the pass subtotal.
Is VAT included?
No. All prices are shown in GBP before VAT. VAT at 20% is added to your order total at checkout.
Can I transfer my pass?
Passes can be transferred to a colleague from the same organisation. Please contact the team before the event so we can update the delegate details.
What is the refund policy?
If you need to cancel, contact pharmacovigilance@gravitonevents.org as soon as possible. The team will confirm the applicable refund terms for your booking.
